I‘ve been feeling pretty emotional coming into this week because Sunday is the first anniversary of my dog, Jack’s, passing. That sadness has now eased a bit as I am about to sign a contract for agent representation with Wendy Goldman Rohm of the #RohmLiteraryAgency. She is now pitching my children’s book based on my decade-long work with Jack as a certified school therapy dog to top publishers. I first met Wendy at her #ParisWritersRetreat pre Covid and I’m excited about our new partnership. I highly recommend Wendy’s workshops. I have no doubt she’s made me a better writer. Like my son, Eric, Jack’s story will now live on in another professional pinch-me moment. No better timing for such great news. I’m back to spending more time as a writer again, and it feels so good. I still have lots of say.
Chase your big dreams, people! And check back for future updates on the new book!
