Yesterday was one of those Sassy-Fashionista Sundays when I wanted to dress a bit nicer. But nothing too involved because of the still stifling humidity. Ugh.
Will it ever end?
I decided on this this lovely, flowy, Low Rise Maxi Skirt by & from anthropologie.com in size M. I probably could have done a small, but I like the extra flow. It’s on sale now for $39.95, also in black. I paired it with a simple tank and my fav brown Birkenstocks here.
Well worth the price! I may need to get the black one, too.
I coin this Simple Sunday Late-Summer Dressing. Super easy!
Late-summer fashion inspiration. I love that is looks like there’s an upside down cross in the fabric, especially since I wore this on Sunday.
But it’s just a fashion illusion.
Not much more to say about this except I love the movement and fabric of the skirt, and the color. It is very sheer, which is great for comfort and catching a breeze. But unless you are wearing it as a beach coverup, you will need a slip.
I think this skirt and color will be great for fall transition with a sweater or sweatshirt and boots.
For now, it let me dress cool and stylish and still avoid roasting.
Pretty darn Sassy if you ask me.
Have your fashion choices been challenged by the summer’s heat and humidity, too?
I’m dreaming of fall. You?
