I was definitely in the mood for a Sassy Fashionista spring haul when I visited T.J. Maxx in store a few days ago.

My goal was to get a few new items in spring-like colors for the upcoming seasonal transition time, and walk away spending less than $100 after receiving store credits on some winter returns that were just sitting in my closet wasting fashion space.

I ended up spending less than $60 on $150 worth of items, and I left feeling pretty clever.

This is what I got.

Two sweatshirts in popular shades of pink. A pale-pink Jockey zip up for $19.99, and a pale-pink lightweight tunic with a hood for by Danskin for $16.99.

I chose a lovely blue/white striped/cotton midi summer dress by Jessica Simpson for $16.99, and scored the perfect olive-green trench coat from that popular Parisian brand, Avec Les Filles for only $49.99. Great quality and a real steal. I often find this brand at Anthropologie for much more money.

I also got a short, pale jade-green sweatshirt by Balance Collection LA for $16.99, and a long bright-green sweatshirt from Yogalicious with a hood, also for just $16.99.

All in all, I scored some great simple additions to my spring wardrobe without breaking the fashion bank.

Can’t beat T.J. Maxx on a good day!

Do you have luck shopping there, too?
